2. Once the order is confirmed and payment has been paid by customer, we do not entertain any refund, return, exchange or cancellation . Please take note that goods sold are NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. It is only entitle for REFUND unless the cloth which you order are OUT OF STOCK and WILL NOT RESTOCK AGAIN(Its only for Pre-order products due to its will only know when supplier inform us on the stock status).
一旦订单确认及汇款后，一律不接受退款、退货、更改或取消订单。请注意，商品售出后概不退还或更换。除了PRE-ORDER 货品，如果顾客汇款以后，批发商告诉本公司货品以停止出产，那本公司将会把钱退还给顾客。

4. Buyer will receive purchased goods within 3 working days (Ready Stock) after payment received.
